Return Policy

RETURN POLICY
Please be aware that all sales are final and are not subject to return or refund. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. Since we are a Training, Coaching, & Consulting, & subscription-based services company, you are paying for services and there is usually not a package to return. If for some reason you are absolutely not able to attend a scheduled event for which you have registered and paid, due to an emergency situation, please contact us at info@CoreAdvocates.org to see if the event fees can be applied to a future event.

We apologize if you have paid to go to an event involving a meal of any kind, however there will not be any refunds of any kind within 48 hours of the event because we have to pay the restaurant or caterer whether you show up or not.

If you find you will not be able to attend an event you have paid for, you MUST cancel 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the event. In that case, we can issue a refund less the credit card processing and/or paypal processing fees of 10% of the event price. Please email your request for a refund 2 business days prior to the event to info@CoreAdvocates.org.

In the event we have actually shipped a physical product, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.


There are never any CASH REFUNDS for any reason.
